8-28-12...Today seems like a long day for some reason. I'm looking forward to dinner with a dear friend. Crystal has always inspired me to eat healthy and exercise. I'm thankful for people like her in my life. Who are you thankful for?
8-26-12...I am really working hard to change my lifestyle, mindset & my spiritual walk. I must confess that I struggle in every area but I refuse to stay in this same place. I know that I am better, stronger & self confident. I have greatness in me! After all, awesome does take practice :).
